Return & Refund Policy

At Bake Time Restaurant, we are committed to providing a satisfying dining experience. If you have concerns with your order—whether placed in person, online, or by phone—please contact us promptly. For the quickest resolution, call us directly or reach out to your third-party delivery provider. Please note that once an order is confirmed, it begins preparation immediately, and cancellations may not be possible.

Order Mistakes

If you receive an item that does not match your receipt, we sincerely apologize for the mix-up. Please notify us or the third-party delivery service as soon as you discover the error.

  • If paying by credit card, you will be refunded the value of the incorrect item and charged for the correct item accordingly.

  • If paying by cash, you may be asked to pay or be refunded the difference in value.

  • Store credit may also be provided in certain cases.

Please return the incorrect item(s) in their original packaging. Your corrected order will be given priority if you pick it up in person.

Missing Items

If part of your order is missing, we’ll make it right. Call us or the third-party provider as soon as possible. You can choose to cancel the missing item(s)—as long as we haven’t started preparing them—and we’ll issue a refund to your credit card or offer you a gift card/store credit.

Note: Courtesy items such as utensils or napkins are provided upon request. If these are accidentally omitted, let us know so we can address the issue with our team. However, refunds or credits will not be issued for missing complimentary items.

Unsatisfactory Orders

We take pride in preparing each dish with care, using fresh and quality ingredients. If there’s an issue with the preparation, such as an incorrect or missing item, we may offer a refund or a replacement. However, we typically do not issue refunds based solely on personal taste preferences.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and preparation has begun, we cannot cancel, refund, or modify it—even if items were ordered by mistake. Refunds also do not apply to beverages or non-food products.

Delivery Cancellations

If your delivery partner cannot reach you and cancels the order after making a reasonable attempt to contact you, you may not be eligible for a refund. Please keep your phone accessible when expecting a delivery.

Complimentary Items

Complimentary or promotional items have no cash value and are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Food Consumption and Condition

Refunds or exchanges will not be granted if:

  • 25% or more of the food has been consumed or removed.

  • Food has been discarded, tampered with, or repackaged, making it difficult for us to verify the issue.

In such cases, we are only able to offer one replacement order. A third replacement will not be provided.

Right to Refuse Service

Bake Time Restaurant reserves the right to refuse service or future transactions if a customer is found to be misusing the Return & Refund Policy.

Please note: While we take care to ensure the freshness and quality of our food, some variation in temperature or texture may occur due to packaging and delivery times.
